#What products does MediPK sell?

We’re an online healthcare store offering OTC medicines, baby care, personal care, medical devices, vitamins & supplements, and wellness essentials. Prescription-only medicines are supplied only where permitted and may require a valid prescription (see policy below).

#Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. We support COD nationwide. You can also pay via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or mobile wallets like Easypaisa and JazzCash (where available).

#How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within major cities typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take longer (3–7 days). You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

#Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We source from authorized distributors and reputable brands only. Products are stored and handled according to recommended standards for safety and quality.

#Can I return or exchange an item?

For sealed, non-temperature-sensitive items you can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is incorrect or damaged on arrival. Medicines and temperature-sensitive items are generally non-returnable unless there’s a fulfillment error. Please contact support before returning.

#How do I track my order?

#What is your prescription policy?
