Diacetylmorphine - BASE not hydrochloride!

These pills seem to be the diamorphine BASE sold for smoking, not for oral use. You need a salt for the acetylated morphine base to cross the bood brain barrier orally. These can be smoked on foil and are high quality base, two or three tablets being enough to replicate the effects of the illicit powder we get in the west from Pakistan and Afghanistan in half gram quantity, for a fraction of the cost, providing you buy enough to justify the high shipping cost!

Couldn't believe it until I opened the package and smelled it... you can even chase it on foil. Stay away from the adderalls and oxys, but most of umars stuff is incredibly awesome

I ordered this product because I have cronic pain issues and was not sure if this would work because it was so cheap. It worked very well,and you don't need that much. I am very greatful for medipk. Thanks

I was skeptical at first and took one. It didn't kick in so I took another. It worked well. Lasted a long time too. The product worked.

I have received all my orders, I can say that all I have ordered has been the real deal, great stuff, does it's job well, and is fairly priced compared to some other places online. Have gotten very itchy from this item, but that is likely because of other agents in the body. Good price, I would say worth it. No raving craving, as someone said does it's job well.

I received this product in a total of 15 day, it was in my mailbox. I also tested the product with Merck reagent.Also, they stayed in touch and answered all my questions when I wrote them. Very good customer service and good product. Would recommend and use their service again.

Although it took additional time to receive my order I can say that I am very satisfied with everything received. I did have to have the order resent as US Customs is a bi#$!@.

Does what it says, and it does it well, but it doesn't feel as strong as I've had before. However, I'll definitely be buying again, and is well worth the price.
